Resources:

Find as many resources from Books, Website's, Magazines and TV Shows that will help you "Keep up to speed" or help you learn the material in class. You should be able to find at least 10 different resources. (The more resources you find, the better the grade.) C|net Central, YouTube tutorials, and Adobe Help Center are examples of the type of sites you should be looking for. Post this information on Canvas. If you find a site I haven't seen, you will get extra credit. Make sure to tell me what type of info is on these resources.

Name:

Type your name and modify it with a style.  You must embed a picture of yourself and a background for your name to ensure you can still read your name.  One of the artboards must use an AI-Generated Vector background.

Picture:

Create a simple picture using the Shape and Line Tools. Please a void  using the AI Generated graphics. You should create at least  2 artboards or more versions. Post an ai and jpg inside Canvas!

Face Painting

Using the Shape, Pen and Pen Curvature tools recreate this Face Painting. Two Artboards, one a recreation and another your version. Post an ai and jpg inside Canvas!

Cartoon Animal:

Create 2 or more artboards with Cartoon Animals. You should create 2 artboards or more versions. One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector animal but the other must be your own work. Post an ai and jpg inside Canvas!

Create a Postcard (4-1/4 in high x 6 in long) using Symbols, Shape and Line tools. One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector animal but the other must be your own work.  You should create 2 artboards or more versions. Post an ai and tiff inside Canvas!

Run for Office Bumper Sticker:

Create a bumper Sticker (size wise).  The sticker should have your last name that looks patriotic (flag or similar) plus the office you want. (you can make up an office.)  One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector image but the other must be your own work.  You should create 2 artboards or more versions. Logo:

You must create a logo for a team or product (Suns, Cardinals, Pumas, Car, airplane ..) and this logo needs to use the techniques we have learned to this point plus easily identifiable. One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector image but the other must be your own work.   You should create 2 artboards or more versions. One of the artboards must use an AI-Generated Vector logo. Post an ai and tiff inside Canvas!

Business Card:

Create a Business Card ( 2 in high by 3 in long) using Symbols, Shape and Line tools. One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector image but the other must be your own work. You should create 2 artboards or more versions. Post an ai and tiff inside Canvas!

Using the spread sheet data provided. Create a Pie Chart on one art board and a Bar Chart on another. One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector image but the other must be your own work. Final Project:

The goal of this assignment is to show me what you have learned in this class! You can create an advertisement poster for PVCC, fake movie poster with you as a character or an advertisement poster for a local sports team (you should post this on their fan site if you choose this option.) One of the artboards can use an AI-Generated Vector image but the other must be your own work. You should create 2 artboards or more versions. Post an ai and jpg or tiff inside Canvas!

 

AI Generated Art:

Using an AI Program  (Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or  Similar Program), create a line art picture in the form (or style) of one of the master painters. Pablo Picasso,  Vincent van Gogh., Leonardo da Vinci or ...

Post the picture as a JPG, but don't worry about the file size.  

Illustrator Tricks:

Find a tutorial or trick on how to do something in Illustrator. Post the trick on Canvas with the location of the tick on the web or book or magazine where you found this trick.
