Patacon: Fried Plantain Sandwich is filled with Shredded Beef, Shredded Chicken, Fry Sauce, Cheddar Cheese and Lettuce. Parilla Mixta: A mixed grill platter featuring an assortment of meats such as beef, chicken, sausages, and ribs.
Pepito: A sandwich with seasoned and grilled beef or chicken, layered with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and sauces. Choripan: Grilled chorizo sausages served in a bread roll.
Pinchos:  Skewers of marinated and grilled meat, commonly served as appetizers during barbecue sessions. Pescado Frito: A seasoned and fried fish, served with a side of rice, plantains, and a zesty avocado or tomato-based sauce.
Papelón con Limón: A refreshing beverage made from papelón (unrefined sugar cane), water, and lime juice. Jugos Naturales: Fresh fruit juice. Available options are mango, papaya, guava, and passion fruit.
