The Maricopa Community Colleges Faculty Association (“MCCFA”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its members and visitors to its website. Effective August 1, 2012, the following Privacy Policy explains how MCCFA collects, uses, and safeguards your information. Any information you provide will be used only in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Name, College, Position.
  • Contact information including email address.
  • Demographic information such as zip-code, voting district
  • Other information relevant to member surveys and/or offers.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you may request details regarding the personal information in our system about you.  If you would like a copy of the information please contact us. If you believe that any information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

MCCFA will not, under any circumstances, sell or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
