One of the most versatile foods in the world tacos are not only a staple in Mexican and Central American cuisine but have firmly embedden themselves amongst the rest of the world as perhaps one of the most celebrated foods in the world. Traditionally and perhaps a bit too simply, a taco is defined as small hand sized tortilla topped with a filling and folded before being eaten by hand.
